Lili's Flower Shop — Attraction in Eagle Pass

My grandma who was an Eagle Pass native passed away unexpectedly from Covid-19 and being in a different state, we scrambled to find how we could send our love and support to our additional family who were able to attend her funeral in person. This is where Lili's comes into the picture. Days before her funeral, we reached out to Lili's to see what we would be able to put together and have delivered in such a short time (appx 2 days). What was put together by this shop was so far beyond our expectation in every way. The cost, the arrangement itself, and genuine care for our loss was an experience that people rarely have. We were comforted to know that during our time of grief and seperation from our other family members that we were there in spirit and by the physical presence of such a beautiful floral wreathe. Want to say thank you to the amazing staff for all of their help. A very close friend lost his mother suddenly, we live out of state and wanted to send a flower arrangement for the funeral. I called and gave them the parameters of price and color. Also asked if they could translate my message to Spanish since the family speaks Spanish and I do not, they were so unbelievably kind, and did exactly what they promised me they could do. My husband ordered me flowers from Proflowers, they sent the order to this shop to fulfill. When the flowers arrived the vase was broke and water constantly leaked. It took them over five hours to pick up the vase to replace it. The flower shop eventually came and replaced the vase for a smaller, cheaper vase and crammed all the original flowers into the new vase, by this time the flowers were dying. It now looks a mess.
