Citi Mall Compton — Attraction in East Compton

The customer service here is horrible! I came here when it was $7 and I got a box of what I thought was just wigs when I went to the cashier to pay she opened the box and showed me there was also glasses but a wig was shoved in the box. She claimed it was me who put it in there. She was charging me $7 for the box of wigs and the wig it self I told her it wasn’t me , she then called the owner and told him the situation and they were forcing me to buy the wig and the box of wigs because it was supposedly me . I was told I had to buy it or leave. So I left because it wasn’t me so I shouldn’t have to pay for something that wasn’t me .I commented on their instagram page about the situation and I was blocked. Another lady also commented on their instagram page stating she had a similar situation. Need to get it together at this store. Discrimination and unnecessary yelling at the customers. Do not always honor what is told the prices are when not marked. Do not try to put anything back in a box that was taken out already.. You will be blamed for trying to steal something. Always check your boxes with the guys because if you don't you may have a surprise from a previous customer that may have tried to steal and stuff in box and you pay the price for it at the cashier. Very upset/angry with their customer service.. Awful-!!! Been going here for almost a year now been kicked out and been mistreated, harassed to leave and embarsssed for something I did not do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you buy anything from this place, especially something that needs to work, they will not exchange or refund your money they'll only give you 2 days to return, and if you they're total jerks about it as well they'll try everything to not return it! (Btw there's no sign about the 2 day return policy anywhere in the store). Also, he'll try to sick he's short tempered security guard at you, and believe me, he will threaten you to leave the store!
