Dear Northgate Management,

I am writing to express my frustration with the recent experience I had at your store. I visited hoping to purchase bolillo, only to find that it was out of stock. However, I noticed that the "Hard Rock" bolillo was clearly sitting on the shelf, yet being made available for sale.

When I inquired about it, I was told it wasn't ready. This lack of transparency and communication regarding the availability of products is extremely disappointing. I also felt that the timeframes provided were inaccurate and inconsistent, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Additionally, after pressing the issue about the customer service, I couldn't help but wonder if there was some underlying reason why the bolillo wasn't being offered, especially considering the wait time was well over an hour. This is an on going issue at this location. I'd like you and your team to stop making excuses in why this area is unattended. Just make the product available.

I expect a much higher level of service from your store, especially given its reputation. I hope you can address this issue so future customers won’t have to experience the same...

This is a fully stocked local grocery store with a whole variety of delicious foods stuffs, basic and delicacies such as:

Chinese Mexican Italian Americana And more

The store also hosts an extensive alcohol section with foreign and domestic beer, wines, cheeses, fresh pastries, and hand made tortillas.

It also has a metro pcs stand, a restraunt that is convenient but the best part is that they cook daily the specialty dishes:

Menudo White and Red Tripas Pezole chicken or beef Mole' Tamales Red, Green and cheese

Also it has a beautiful and spotless butcher shop, everything is always fresh, with several different types of meat, and cuts. One of my personal favorites is their homemade beef jerky which can be bought by the pound.

The cheese section is thin, and theres a very narrow focus on food. So dont expect an all inclusive walmart environment. Food and nutrition seem to be priorities.

Finally i gave them three stars because we had to pack and carry our groceries... Tacky and cheap... Particularly for a wheelchair bound person.

The prices are noticibly on the moderately on the high end, but the staff is knowledgeable...
