Dahlia Prom Boutique — Attraction in East Greenwich Township

I took my daughter here to look for senior prom dresses we were really excited to go here and honestly the place had a ton of dresses. We were greeted by the girl who was suppose to helped us with finding a dress. We were told to start looking for dresses and that she was finishing up with a customer. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. She then came back a few minutes later grabbed a couple of dresses I had in my hand and said she would start a dressing room for us and told us that we only have an hour and it was very busy so they had to keep it within that timeframe. We continue to look for prom dresses and she came back To grab what I had in my hand and put it in the dressing room she did not help us look or anything like that we only had about three dresses at this time and she reminded me we only had an hour so I picked two more dresses and my daughter went to try everything on. She finished trying them on and still had 20 min left so the girl went a picked out 3 more (none that were even close to what me daughter wanted) she tried them on and we left 5min before app was over. We just felt completely rushed which was unfortunate since there were definitely a lot of nice dress that my daughter wore plus have lived to try on but we were so rushed. Took my daughter prom dress shopping here and had a really nice sales girl Liv help us. We found a dress but it had a pull in the top in a very obvious area and a small hole in the buttocks area of the dress. They didn’t have another of that dress in stock and it would have been $40 or $90 for expedited shipping on top of the $475 if I wanted to order another one but I was afraid it would not be delivered in time for her prom. I asked if they could take anything off for the damage and the owner was very rude and said it was the material and she couldn’t do anything. If I ordered a dress for an extra $90 and it came in with that damage would they sell it for full price?? The owners attitude is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t patronize Dahlias in the future, too many other choices for prom dresses. It all worked out for the best, we found the same dress at Jan’s in Cherry Hill for less money...

I Loved everything about this amazing Salon and working with Mandy the owner who was the easiest and nicest person to work with! I called her salon because I went somewhere else to try dresses on and I fell in love with this dress, and I called her to see if she was able to order it which she was and it was $300 cheaper than the salon in Cherry Hill 😳She said I can order it for you and it will be in in two weeks and it’s brand new because the salon in Cherry Hill tried to sell me the floor sample with pearls missing and the silk belt missing!, for $300 more than Dalhlias. I just picked my dress up yesterday. It was an easy try on, It fit perfectly and Mandy couldn’t be any better to work with.
