First time visiting a friend, and we get takeout from here. If on point, it's highly likely we'll order frequently sampling the entire menu the next month as my friend is moving and not cooking regularly. All(2 adults, 1 teen)agreed the wings were tasty. Shrimp-n-broccoli, beef fried rice and General Tso's were good as well. My Mei fun was another story altogether. 1. There was a small piece of plastic bag mixed in the rice noodles. 2. I bit a piece of hard gristle in it that was supposed to be a bite-sized sliced piece of chicken. 3. The noodles were brown in color. Mei fun is usually white with just vegetables and your choice of chicken, shrimp or beef. It's not prepared like lo mein and is a healthier menu choice. We weren't given a total before picking up. The order totals mid $50+! We had to ask for utensils, and when we asked if we'd earned a free soda, we received a curt, "No, no soda!" It is commonplace to receive napkins, utensils, and at minimum, a free 12 oz can of soda on $30+ orders. NEVER again! The parking lot will remain deserted. Peep the photos.

The owner was nice to my husband and I. We are OTR truckers so yes we have had better, but the customer service from the dad was great. I took away a star because we seen and heard one of the kitchen staff go into the restroom, urine ( YES! It was LOUD) flush, come out and back into the kitchen. The party behind us laughed but I was a little disgusted because no water was ran to wash his hands.

Food seems kind of pricey, but I'm not from around here so I'm probably a poor judge on what is expensive or not in NJ. On that note, the food is actually pretty good and the location close to a truck stop is really great for truck drivers like me who have limited food options, especially since the Country Pride is temporarily closed due to the virus, and I can't eat McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts.

Wow! This was our 1st visit. It never looks very busy but I do not understand why?! The Dining Room is clean and tastefully decorated. The service was great, an older gentleman who was very attentive without being over bearing. The star of the show was the food! my husband I enjoy Chinese food and we've tried a lot of local places. We thought we had a favorite but Dragon nest is my new favorite. We had the general's chicken which was very crispy, did not get soggy in the sauce and the sauce was delicious. If you like spicy, you should ask for spicy because it was rather mild but the flavor of the chicken and texture was great! We also had the egg foo yung with garlic sauce. I was hesitant because I've never tried egg foo yung with garlic sauce but the garlic sauce was amazing and the egg patties were perfect! They weren't crispy or stringy or tough. The egg patties were fluffy and full of veggies and delicious. We were stuffed by the end of dinner and had left overs, I wanted to eat the egg foo Yung in the car on the way home. That's how impressed I was. At this point, my local go to will be dragon nest. It's so good that I will likely not visit anywhere else locally in the future. And if you notice, in my other reviews I truly do not speak to the attributes of a place but this restaurant was...

And trust me im the biggest critic and know this food well! Even the shrimp egg roll i had with it was good, and i always have to eat my egg rolls with the hot musturd, and this place even had great hot mustard! Some have places serve a watered down crap! Not here, i like the musturd that makes your eyes water a little, and this one made me choke a little lol but in a good way. As to the ones on here complaining cuz they dont serve soda or the man is grumpy, DONT listen to thaf garage, good prices, great food and the old man, who i assume is the owner, was nothing but Nice!! Dont miss out on this place! There are not many places left like it! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!..P.S I posted the picture of my meal, it takes...
