CAPITOL CITY BUY • SELL • PAWN — Attraction in East Hanover Township

Years back used to go through these doors when it was Bow Creek jewelry outlet. Never actually was in a true pawn shop till just a few weeks ago when I walked through the doors of Capital City Pawn. From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted by two very nice gentlemen. At quick glance I could easily see very geared for men. Guns knives amo and so forth. But I quickly caught the case with jewelry on the far right. With a fast bee line in that direction I guess they knew what I was looking for. I in moments found a lovely vintage Native American ring . The gentleman behind the counter relieved immediately the love I have for every thing Native American made. He started placing sand art paintings signed on the counter. All absolutely beautiful they made me a great offer I could not refuse Walked out of there that day feeling like I just hit the lottery. And no I don't even gamble. So anyone passing by and who is on the fence should they stop in. DO IT you have nothing to lose. You will come to meet 2 great guys and just might find your own hidden...

I was reticent at first due to Pawn Shops having a bad rep but by far has this place gone above and beyond in changing my perspective.

Very friendly people nice selection and always willing to work with you on a price buying or selling. Haven’t found any other shops that are as nice overall. Most want you in and out. Not here. They don’t mind hanging out, browsing and chatting.

Always a smile, they remember you and are willing to show you item after item behind the counter.

They are moving into specializing in firearms and always have a nice selection of both new and used. A nice selection of blades, both long and short and have a decently growing musical instrument section.

They do deal in gold and silver and usually have a nice selection of coins for sale.

So life happened and long story short, I had a very small window of time to fund Something that I was unprepared for, and slightly panicking. I gathered everything That I could think of selling to make some emergency cash. Both of the guys that I worked with were outstanding and honestly, if not for their knowledge, advice, and honesty I doubt I would have been able to achieve my goals that day. Blown away.

I can't speak any higher of this I westablishment and the guys that run the location. They are legitimately good people that won't feed you the same B.S. that you'll get everywhere else...
