Primal Glass - Smoke & Vape (NJ) — Attraction in East Hanover

Overall experience was OK but one thing can ruin a full experience. Went here to purchase a reclaim catcher decided to add a quartz banger as well because the staff seemed nice and knowledgeable. After making the purchase the price was 98$ which if you get a good banger combined with a catcher could make sense. But when I got to the car I found the banger was only 17$ and not the one I originally asked for just cheap glass and the reclaim catcher was a 80$ medicali catcher! I did not ask for a name brand catcher. But yet was given one partially my fault for not asking to see it before purchase but I trusted the expert in front of Me to find me the item I needed and not to just get the best sale. When I went in to say something about it they told me they could only give me store credit and they didn't have a catcher that was cheaper that would work for my rig to swap. I had literally walked out for 5 minutes realized what a happened and walked back in. They didn't try very hard at all to help me and Said I was given a discount on the the catcher that I wasn't told about. I also wasn't told I was buying a 80$ reclaim catcher. Great selection but it's all overpriced. I have pieces I've paid 300$ plus for and the quality is much better for the price compared to what they have. I recommend trying out the smaller head shops in the area and steering clear...

I was in this store a few days ago to pick up something nice for my daughter who enjoys this kind of glass. I have never been in this store and was thoroughly overwhelmed with the amount of colored and non colored glass pieces that I kept walking by. Definitely not an easy decision but one was finally made. The reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because of the one gentleman behind the counter. There were two men but the one with tattoos was helping a customer so I was going to approach the other one who is a smaller gentlemen and was wearing a winter hat but I felt super uncomfortable since he did not look away from the screen of his cell phone. I understand I could of walked up to him but the fact this store had more than the one customer, seemed so incredibly rude to me. This place is amazing in price for merch and i honestly only look foward to going in when i see the gentlman named i think its gunner ? But he is always very professional and knows what he is talking about. The other two guys that are a bit on the larger side when ever i see them its all just about the price of the product and getting out since im always asked for an id even though i go twice a week and they always have a line because they are moving slow or dont know what thwy are talking about. Gunner is never there with a line and at most maybe 2 people max that he gets done ASAP and everyone leaves with a smile on thwir face. He makes this store the best store to shop at. The only negative thing i have to say is the parking situation could be a bit better since i always end up parking far away or around the building since the people for the other stores next to them park in...
