Used to LOVE this place especially when they had a parsippany location. Now the waitstaff doesn't know what they're talking about and is rude I guess? I used to come here all the time several times a week. In the past the White onions are separate but scallions and cilantro are mixed. I always get the same thing and ask for no white onions as the flavor overpowers a bit for me. Now suddenly they mix them all and always have (if he said it was new I would understand and prep methods change) and there's no way to separate (onions are crescent slices and cilantro and scallions are smaller so I don't know why they'd be mixed) I tried to clarify as I was confused and I asked if maybe I could speak to someone else as I thought he might not be understanding me maybe a translation issue. Instead he got frustrated and walked away saying "fine you go". So I left. I am just mad that I drove 20 minutes specifically to come here and then this happened, it just was...
Read moreLast time dining here in 2024 review: We have been here countless times before. The 3 of us were here for a casual dinner. We ordered 2 well done beef pho, 1 fried rice, some chicken/beef skewers and fresh rolls as we always do. For some odd reason, this time the server mistakenly took my order as seafood pho, which I have never ordered before. When I mentioned to him that it was a mistake, and that I would like to change to beef pho, he repeatedy insisted that I ordered seafood pho. Eventually he unwillingly changed to beef pho for me. But the meat was completely rare, not a slightest sign of being cooked!!! Service went from bad to worse from thereon. I didn't bother to tell them to re-cook the meat, as I lost my appetite and was concerned the chef will spit in my soup. Personally, I really enjoy a bowl of hot beef pho, especially in a rainy and cold day. But I will never be eating here again!
