It's cool that you can walk on the bridge to the other side of the Connecticut River but the safety fence is so high and tight that you can not really enjoy the panoramic view of Hartford. I wish the fence have at least some kind of window or bigger gaps.

Nice bridge for walking across from East Hartford to the capital city. Also connects to parks and plazas. Can get really congested with traffic during rush...
