King’s Kountry Impressions was wonderful to do business with! Lucille was wonderful, so knowledgeable and patient. Her suggestions were spot on for my taste and even suggested changes that I didn’t think were possible. All of the time spent with my husband and me created a one of a kind piece that fits so perfectly and I absolutely love. Caleb was so accommodating when it came to picking up our beautiful dining table and chairs and our outdoor set. When we came to setting up our dining table there were pieces that were missing. Just an over sight by the builders. We contacted Caleb and he immediately contacted the builder. These missing pieces did not stop us from using the table. The pieces were just to make the table sturdier. The pieces were overnighted and we received them 2 days later. The service we received was phenomenal and when we are in need of other furniture we will make the 8 hour travel back! Thank you again for our beautiful pieces and your helpful knowledge and kindness.

Please know that if there is any sort of problem, they WILL not help or rectify the situation!!! DO NOT BUY from this company. I purchased a set of chairs/ottomans over a year and several months AGO!!! AND STILL MISSING ONE OF THE OTTAMONS!!!!! When it FINALLY arrived, they required me to make another drive out to pick it up. I requested home delivery and was denied, and I even asked it they could just ship the small box to me with the ottoman in it and they said NO!!! I spent thousands of dollars on this and they can't ship the ottoman THEY FORGOT to order!!!!!!!!! And by the way, to rectify their mistake, would only cost $15-$20!!! And make a happy customer!!!! Read moreWe ordered crib on 11/4/23. When we went to pick up on 2/9/24 the slats and rails were not there. They reordered these and when we went to pick up in August of 2024 they were wrong stain and would need to reorder again and it would take another 3/5 months. It is now over that time period and no rails/slats. I have called repeatedly and was told they are working on it. Last phone call was January 11, 2025. It is now 2/6/25 and have not heard anything.
