Big Lots — Attraction in East Rochester

My initial reaction to our shopping experience today was not a great one. Bought a new matress and box spring from the local Rochester branch. The female associate covering in furniture today was not very friendly. It almost seemed like she didn't want to be bothered to sell anything today. After finalizing my purchase I continued shopping for other items and then checked out at the front register. Bought the Tropical High Bistro table two months ago. Didn't realize was also sold as a 3pc set. Looked online for chairs in my area. No luck! Saw this store had them. Called to verify, how many and in stock. Told the lady on the other end we was on our way! Not only did this store have them.... They were kind enough to pull 2 of the chairs and have them at the register for us. 5 stars for great communication and customer...

Hadn't been for awhile, so decided to check it out. Was disappointed to see a lot more furniture...assumes this means this Big Lots will end up the same way the one in Aliquippa is -all furniture.
