PAIRINGS EVENTS & CATERING — Attraction in Easton

On behalf of our entire family, I want to thank Jonathan and his wonderful staff at Pairings Events for hosting the most beautiful private dinner at their Easton event space. The entire night was BEYOND SPECIAL and TRULY PERFECT in every way!!!!! The space, ambiance, food, presentation, staff and service were all above and beyond expectation! The space was edgy with an open kitchen (spotless!) and beautiful dining area with a long rustic farm table elegantly set and decorated for our group of 18. The room had a warm welcoming feel with exposed brick walls and music playing in the background. The food was served, presented and tasted like a five star restaurant! Every appetizer/course was made fresh and tasted absolutely delicious! Our New York City crew of tough critics went home raving about the evening, commenting on how wonderful everything was down to every last detail. We collectively give Pairings Events a strong 10 out of 5 star rating and cannot wait to book our next special occasion! Thank you and happy...

Having delicious food was a non-negotiable and Pairings Events absolutely delivered. Not a single guest left hungry and I got multiple texts after raving about the food. I would say we enjoyed some of the leftovers but our guests snagged what was left before we could!

On top of all that, Jonathan and his team were easy to work with leading up to the big event. Very responsive to our many questions, was flexible when it came to our menu picks as well as our budget and even helped out when we were planning the room layout. On the big day, the food tables looked polished and seamlessly fit into our decor/theme and the day of team was friendly and helpful. Plus, we had a few guests that had strict dietary needs and Jonathan’s team made sure to take special care of them.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing to work with. The event he catered was a private dinner for my sister’s bachelorette and I could not have asked for a more exceptional experience. From start to finish he exceeded my expectations. From the planning stage, where he was willing to work with the various dietary requests, to the actual event I could not have asked for a more perfect evening. From the food, to the tablescapes, and even down to the personalized menus as we had various dietary restrictions and different meals, there was not one detail missed. There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards his effort to making this the perfect evening and I look forward to using Pairings...
