They have increased parking and added an outdoor ampitheatre for concerts. The splash pad is the closest to where we live in Stedman, NC. The ballparks stay busy and traffic can get chaotic on game days (especially opening day). Concession prices are reasonable, and the variety is good. The concession stand is open during baseball seasons. The park has a walking trail and paved areas that allow for handicap access. There is handicap parking in multiple locations on the property, but aside from the splash pad, there isn't much in the way of handicap friendly play equipment. The playground has swings, and there are covered areas with picnic tables, restrooms, a soccer field, several baseball fields, and pickle ball courts....
Read moreWhat a divine place I’ve discovered in our little community of Eastover. There are excellent walking paths, wide open spaces, bathrooms, trash receptacles, and plenty of entertainment for children also. This is an excellent place for walkers with or without their dogs as long as they are kept on leash & under control. Don’t forget to bring your poo pick-up bags as none are provided. Parking is plentiful & never crowded. There is also a splash park for the kiddies in the summer season. Pickle ball, children’s basketball w low hoops & a large soccer field. There is also a playground w swings, monkey bars & slides.
I was so happy I found this gem of a recreational park for me...

They were white dogs with some dark markings and looked like pitbulls. Keep your dog leashed. Edit* 2022 I'm so glad they put up...
