So many things to love about this store. I grew up collecting cards and my son and I shared the love of it as he grew. He's grown now but we still check out card shops wherever we see them. I grew up in Eau Claire near Birch St and my sister still lives near by and remember the first time I saw the card shop and stopped in. I've been back many times and there's always parents coming in with their kids of all ages. I like to sit back and watch the interaction between the store owner Jordan and the customers. It seems like he knows every kids name that walks in the place. Who they collect, what they're looking for. He's so genuine and sincere when he asks them how they've been, if they've gotten any cool cards lately. He jokes and teases them. And he has all kinds of games and ways for them to win cards..the dice, the wheel and of course the Bob Board. You can tell that this isn't just a job or a hobby..but a passion. And not just for cards..but for kids and sports and collecting. I wasn't sure a few years ago if the card collecting hobby/industry was going to survive...but at least in Eau Claire, Wisconsin it's alive and well in a little shop on Birch St thanks to Jordan and his teammate wife Micki. I always walk out with a smile and a good feeling. P.S. he's got a ton of stuff and if you're looking for something in particular he's either got it or knows...

They were hosting a birthday party and quite a few people were coming and going. Jordan was welcoming and friendly AND he was focused on ensuring the kids were having a great time even as he was interacting with other customers. He expressed interest in the cards, but it wasn't the day/time. I slipped out and came this afternoon (Sunday). Store wasn't as busy, so we were able to have a great conversation and make a deal. Really love how he made everyone, and especially the kids, feel seen and valued across both days I was there. Great atmosphere and all kinds of...
Read moreI contacted Jordan by e-mail to see if he would have any interest in purchasing some football cards my son had. He continued to follow up with me and we ended up bringing in my sons entire collection. We met at the shop on a monday even though it was closed and ended up hanging out and talking for a few hours. Jordan is a very welcoming easy to talk to guy. We ended up selling the whole collection for a fair price! If you are looking for honest information about sports cards and someone who cares about our youth and the community this is the place for you! He even bought us lunch!...
