Kennedy Skate Park — Attraction in El Cajon

Safe place for kids & tweens to scooter (beginner - intermediate). Pads & helmets are also mandatory so parents have piece of mind on that. If you're new you are required to get the membership if you'd like to go into the skate park. It includes a quick picture laminated card & $5 for the year. Renewal every year is the same process at the office (prices may change). Call if you have any questions. Early morning overwatering and not being able to use the restroom made my last trip here downgrade my opinion of this park. Probably a great place to skate and I have played tennis here. Three wall handball courts. The courts are usually well kept and litter free. Lots of joggers in the morning. Fields were closed. Picnic tables make it a good place for an outing, but there are better parks. I prefer Flinn Spring Park. This place is o.k. because I have been going for the past month and still havent got to ride it. I work 40+ hours a week. Saturdays and Sundays would be ideal riding days (bmx) for me but everytime I show up, the park is either closed or open but on a strict skaters/scooter time block only.
