Budget Inn Global — Hotel in El Cajon

Janell Nicole Courtney is an and was an important guess who stayed at this motel at the budget inn. I appreciate the stay, and looking forward to of such need if have too stay again not planning to but to stay thank you to some of the employees ive met at the front desk is terry, beth, and to staff, and all of the maids who cleaned my room while be an guess at this motel at the budget inn motel. For those that understand the the needs on my behalf. Im also currently striving to be the next president of the year 2021 as an candidate, and preparing of the year 2018 of growth of my goal ,and successful to be wealthy , to grow my business which is call CreativeWithinLoyalityHonestity which my goal are to have an online platform store, and to own other store throughout San Diego California, and throughout the state of California but that also goes with saying also to develop the economic to maintain what is need to be able to take care of these things while my willingness to why i would like to be President ,and know how to do these which is aready of me knowing how too, and what needed. I do have numberous of idea ,and invention that ive invented of my own products which will be in different store of manufacturing stores ,and store of different distributors of stores my products will be going too. Me and my 3-year-old went ahead of my wife and my 9-year-old to get a room while they got some stuff ready me and my younger daughter got there at about 11:00 got the room put my daughter to bed and turn on the TV to wait it didn't work the guy at the counter told me I had to wait till maintenance in the morning well I waited till my wife and my older daughter showed up we've been kind of bickering so we decided it's better that one of us leave of course me I let the counter guy know that one of us would be leaving when she got there she came in went to the counter to get her key I was smoking a cigarette waiting within a minute they both come he comes walking up very angrily and tells me you know to take my baby to the car I'm not really awake and upset with her I don't mind she can come grab the baby I was grabbing my stuff and getting ready well I'm sitting here smoking a cigarette all of a sudden he tells me I need to leave she is calling the cops so I leave I'm not even down the road when she calls me and tells me that he told her and my 9-year-old they needed to leave or he was calling the cops when asked about a refund he rudely acted like we shouldn't dare ask for some sort of refundI tried calling he picked up and then hung up and then refused to answer after that I've stayed there for piece off and on for years 10 and staff throughout the day are awesome unless anything happens overnight I guess I will be talking to the management in the morning and contacting somebody about some legal issue me and my family paid to get disrespected and tossed out at 2:00 in the morning for unknown reasons it saddens me that this could happen to a family without reason so Tim Stacy I'll see you guys in the morning whichever's there the money is not really the issue it's that he did this without explanation to people in the middle of the night for no explanation not doing anything I will be seeking answers and I hope this never happens to...

Terrible place. I called front desk and asked for a late check out. I was told I could check out at 12pm for a $10 fee.

11:47am, a manager comes banging on my door telling that they’re taking my entire deposit because I was there. She even accused me of lying and told me that nobody would have told me I could stay until 12pm.

while returning my key, I noticed another person in the office and realized he was the one that approved my late check out.

Even after he explained to the manager that he gave me permission to be there until 12pm…

SHE looked at me and said “why are you still here?” And STILL KEPT MY DEPOSIT because I was there past 11pm.

I would not have still been there had I not been granted a late checkout!

The room I was smelled horrible, came with an ash tray even though it was “nonsmoking”, there was nearby parking, no working TV and the AC wreaked of mold! Still, I had no intention of writing a review but the way the manager conducted herself was off the charts rude and as far as I’m concerned she stole my deposit.

This is the same manager that previously offered to let me enter a vacant room with my pets just so I could do my hair & makeup in exchange for $20. She told housekeeping to leave me alone and she pocketed the money.

Suddenly she’s concerned about a late checkout policy and takes my entire deposit even though front desk said I could have late check out?

To be clear, I knew was not checking into a Marriott and didn’t expect much but the way I was treated by that manager makes me view that motel as scum! Hotel rates have been high due to comic con and I wanted to save some money....
