I lived here for about a year and I had a wonderful experience. It was my first time renting out and had all the amenities needed in my studio as a full time teacher. Very cozy and very close to grocery stores, eateries, gas, and parks. Parking is also literally right outside my unit. So convenient. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool area. Jacuzzi gets so hot, very relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely move back if I needed to. I also love Marsada, the office manager. She’s helpful, prompt, and very kind.

I've stayed here multiple times over the years so I'm going to be blatantly honest: FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE /STAY if you can help it. You DO NOT get what you pay for. The "receptionists" are kinda rude. They don't bother to learn the faces of their tenants so as soon as you walk onto the premises, you are dragged into the office and hounded for ID to prove you stay there as if you were trespassing. The key deposit is ridiculous. $10 a NIGHT! as of the date I'm writing this review.

Once you walk into the room, you immediately notice the subpar condition of the room(s). You may or may not have a microwave. There are two separate remotes for the TVs: one to change the channel and the other is for the volume. Totally stupid. Bring some slippers because the floor is D-I-R-T-Y. It has not been cleaned in years. If you drop a chip on the floor, throw it away. The showers are not for anybody over 5 feet tall. Otherwise, you have to break your neck to wash your hair. The hot water fluctuates into cold and back again. The internet is pitiful when it works. They give you one Wi-Fi pass good for only 2 devices. If you have more than 2 devices you have to ask for another. The beds are sort of uncomfortable and low to the ground. The wooden thing that the TV sat on in my room doesn't even have knobs for the drawers. The AC unit didn't have a fan grate or whatever it's called so there was no way to direct the air flow. Did I mention that people have died here?

The only pros? There are no (visible?) bugs and the beds look to be clean. This place is definitely a one star motel. You have...

I would have given it a 3 if it had been more affordable but due to the living standards, the location, and the service and the price I have to read it a low too. It it's only saving grace where that it had decent TVs, that was where it ended though. Each room that I was in and I was in 3 well there for a 4 nights day, they couldn't even get a reservation two weeks in advance the same room, imagine that. The water pressure was horrible the water went from hot to cold and back and forth again throughout each full shower the sink water came out fast and harder than any shower I've ever been in, the door took an ordinary key and the locking mechanism was so old and used that it was a 20-minute battle every time I had to unlock the door from the outside. It looked like it hadn't been painted in a good 8 to 10 years the furniture all looks like it was extras from a B rated movie in the 80s. The lights were in the most threadbare condition, I found better condition lamps in the Salvation Army, the Goodwill, and even the dump. What I recommend this hotel to anybody, yeah I would recommend it to a death row visitor looking for a San...

Dirty carpets!! Otherwise in good condition. The beds are not very comfortable. You may or may not get a microwave. The refrigerators are very small. But they work. Showers are weird unless you are under 5 feet tall. Temperature of water fluctuates. Air conditioner doesn't work all that great. They charge to much for what you get. If you use or need WiFi you must get a little piece of paper with a code for two people only. If you have more than 2 people then you need two codes for every 2 people in your family. The TVs are just okay but they work. The volume control on the remotes do not work so you need to do volume at the TV. For quietness sometimes people are loud but not too bad. Sometimes some person will knock on your door, so beware of that. It does have a pool but I'd beware of it. I have never used it and have not seen many use it. Rooms 271, 272 and 273 are used frequently. So I can say that's my only experience there. I have based my opinion on those rooms only. Oh they do NOT have bedbugs and that is a plus and why I gave them 2 stars. Clean the carpets!! They may...
