Elsmere Library — Attraction in Elsmere

World's Cutest Library. The first time I stepped in there, I thought it was ridiculous. It looked like a children's library. But that's what makes it so interesting.

The staff is great. They do talk a lot, but they need to pass the time somehow. It doesn't bother me one bit. Whoever said they are rude is a dope. THEY are probably the one who is rude.

Also the bathroom was very clean. Although there might have been piss in the bowl. 🤔 People, that is disgusting. Do that in your own home. Please don't pull that in public spaces.

Very frustrated with The fact that I went there to study for some really important things and the staff and customers were all talking amongst each other so loud I couldn’t even focus to begin my course and had to leave. Me looking around for the quietest spot n mentioning the noise level being a bit much didn’t seem to matter to them. It’s a public place so I don’t expect it to be silent but it IS a library which should be relatively quiet esp the people...

I've been going to (full disclosure, also a volunteer) this library since literally the day that it opened. It's a tiny little place with mostly reference and children's books, and it serves a working-class community with great love and kindness.
