WINGS & THAI STATION — Restaurant in Delaware

We were seeking a kick butt Thai restaurant and weren't disappointed with our one-hour round trip drive to Wings & Thai Station! APPETIZERS: Chicken Satay was epic, difficult to choose our favorite item but this one barely edged out the other incredible items - OMG the sauce! They put the fresh in Fresh Roll because it was excellent, fresher than any pre-prepared versions we've had at many other restaurants. ENTREES: Wings (flavors = Sweet Thai Chili and Tom Yum), choosing my favorite of these two flavors would be like picking your favorite kid, both are... Chicken Panang Curry, just awesome. Pad Thai was perfectly prepared. Pro tip - Set aside some rice to mix with the extra Tom Yum sauce from your wings. DESSERT: Although we were pretty full we had to try the Fried Bananas and we weren't disappointed, feel it - FRESH! SERVICE & ATMOSPHERE: Kind and thoughtful service. Unique dive-ish vibe in the limited seating area. My name is David, and I just had the most amazing experience at this restaurant today! Where do I begin? Well, first I was greeted by Nikki with such warmth and a huge smile as soon as I walked in. She promptly took my order, which was the fried rice and shrimp level 1 spice. The wait was only about 10 minutes and in that time she offered to allow me to taste their special chicken wing sauces and made good small talk. Some of the sauces were authentic Thai, others Korean. They have a wide selection though, even American sauces. They were delicious! So, the service here is amazing, and I haven’t even started about the food!

Let me just say, if there were a way to give the food 100 stars out of 100 I would! It is authentic Thai, as Nikki shared, and their cooks are Thai too. The taste was absolutely perfect.

My wife tried some and couldn’t believe how good it was too. Please try this place out and you will find out for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered delivery and the chicken tenders were juicy yet still crispy. Spicy Korean wing sauce is delicious.

The Kra Pao bowl was erupting with flavor and the sunny-side-up egg had a nice runny yolk, even after being delivered.

Delivery was so fast, the spring rolls were still nice and crispy.

I would have posted photos, but I ate the food too fast. My wife and I decided we are going to come down to the restaurant to dine-in soon.

This restaurant is a local treasure.

The delivery fee for ordering online was a little more than I am used to, but the food was so good, I didn't mind. Also, the person who delivered my food greeted me with a big smile and asked me how I was doing. As a former delivery driver, I realize what a challenging job it can be sometimes, and so I appreciate little things like that.
