I highly recommend this studio if you want to learn Pilates. I took classes 3 months post partum to safely start exercising my core again. I started noticing changes after even just a few lessons. It was fun learning Romana classic pilates.
My instructor, Ellena, was amazing!! She is very friendly, detailed, and she caters each lesson to your individual need. I always felt comfortable during each lesson and felt energized after each class. It really felt like Ellena teacher and I were working together to help me safely restart exercise after having a baby.
