Dallas | Best Pilates Studios

1️⃣ Classic Pilates 📍 Located next to Turtle Creek Park. This is the first studio I'm featuring (the instructor even has an adorable French bulldog!). Each room has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, providing amazing natural light. The classes are typically small (there were only two of us in my class), so the instructor can give a lot of individual attention. They follow the classical method, emphasizing proper posture and breathing. You can take tower, chair, mat, and reformer classes here. They also offer private and semi-private sessions, as well as specialized courses for pregnant women. 2️⃣ KIVA Pilates 📍 Near Knox St. This studio has a similar vibe to Classic Pilates, with small-class instruction. I think its location is even better—I often like to walk to Katy Trail after class and then grab a meal on Knox. They also follow the classical method and offer tower/reformer/mat classes, as well as courses for pregnant women. 3️⃣ Club Pilates I don't highly recommend this one because the classes are quite large (up to 10 people), and the instructor can't give much individual attention. But if you have a good foundation, it might be okay. I got a membership here just because it's super close to my home. It costs $129 for four classes per month. #NorthAmericanLife #Pilates #MyPilatesRoutine #Dallas
