SUPERCUTS — Attraction in Epping

I went to Supercuts about a month ago to cut a large amount of my hair to donate for children with hair loss. Carolynne was super knowledgeable about donating hair and recommended how much I should donate that worked best with the style haircut I desired. She even gave me an envelope to mail my hair for donation. Making a drastic change in your appearance is always scary but Carolynne made me feel comfortable by walking me through what she was doing and making friendly conversation. I was pleased with my hair cut knowing I was happy with the change but I was not expecting the reactions I would have from friends, families and coworkers. I have never had so many compliments on a hair cut before! I think I may have even convinced a few people to cut their own hair in this style. Stopped in yesterday real quick to get a FAST bang trim. Although the girl seemed VERY new, and did spray my bangs down way to much (my face got soaked) It didn't bother me really. I was grateful to be relaxing after a LONG commute in the pouring rain. She was so sweet, and listened to my EVERY WORD. Although she worked very slow, I was so appreciative of her professional attitude, and self confidence. Not arrogant at all. Once again, my bangs came out PERFECT! I am VERY picky about my bangs. She quickly realized. This is my go to for in between cuts/color with my stylist. No appt. Necessary. Love it!!!! Sorry I forget...

I would like to leave this comment regarding the receptionist, Julia. I must say, she is one of the worst receptionists I have ever encountered. She was very poor at handling customers and, quite frankly, displayed clear signs of racism toward me.
