They have this free diagnostic and if they can not fix the issue they don't charge you. The guy who runs the shop is so nice and very upfront with you. My laptops speakers were broken and making popping sounds. He looked at it and it was either a motherboard issue or the speakers. Got new speakers in and it did not work. I am not presently able to handle getting a new motherboard. So they suggested to get USB speakers or something and to disconnect the internal ones in the laptop so stop the popping. this was the temporary solution that worked for me. I was welcome to buy speakers from them or go else where. I technically owed them nothing even though he took apart my laptop multiple times and put it back together. We got speaker from them and they work perfectly for what I need.

I dropped my computer off at 10:40am, Saturday Feb1. I was told I would get a call by 12 with a diagnosis. At 2:45pm I called to follow up and was told they had not even looked at the computer yet, they were busy with other computers that must have come in later that day, but she was going to start on mine in a few minutes.
