Saint Benedict Cathedral — Attraction in Evansville

Any one is welcome, but it's a large church & pretty clicky, so if you don't know someone to get "in", you'll feel like an outsider. The priest is pushy & will tell you if he doesn't like something. It’s his way or no way & he has crossed the line when talking to the students, he’s good at cutting them down. I would be surprised if the priest would perform a same-sex wedding, but same-sex couples are welcome. The church is beautiful & the new renovations...

Father Alex is a fantastic priest. His homilies after the Old Testament, Psalm, New Testament, and Gospel readings from the Bible will enlighten and inspire all who have ears to hear.
