Subway — Restaurant in Evansville

I go to college around here and have been to this subway 5-6 times since I’ve been in the area. ATLEAST 4 of those times they have given me the completely wrong sandwich, it happened again tonight. Atleast 2 of the times have occurred while in the drive thru, third time being tonight. The other times happened while ordering inside. I normally don’t check to make sure I received the right sandwich, because I assume I do. So I drive off with the wrong sandwich. Sometimes I just forget about it because I’m Already far away and go to a different subway. The other time it wasn’t just me that had the wrong sub, so along with TWO others, we switched our subs around and all was fine (BUT STILL). Tonight however I went back, per usual. The lady tried telling me I had the right sub. When I had the receipt showing. A foot long ham, not toasted on Italian. The one in the bag was a 6in, toasted, not on Italian and had nothing I wanted on it. It wasn’t busy tonight, only 1 time they messed up were they remotely busy. This time maybe 1-2 people inside and no one behind me in drive thru until after I paid. So I have no idea where this sandwich even came from. They finally accepted it was the wrong sandwich and the lady told the boy to make me a new sandwich. They NEED to pay more attention when handing out the sandwiches! However, once my sub was correct time it tasted great. If there was another subway close to campus I would be going there from now on, and I still might take the extra time to avoid...

You either have workers that can’t read slips or just don’t care what they give you! I literally just left there, was going to bring my 6inch back but I already wasted $14 and some change- wasn’t going to waste anymore gas on going back to this place! I generally go here a lot during the day- now after this evening , I never want or will go back! How does flat bread equal to regular I’m guessing it was rye bread as it had seeds in it/does them equal the same thing now? Also how does Ham - Bacon and Shedded cheese equal to ham and pieces of lettuce only? Yet they didn’t forget to charge for bacon- like they forgot to add it to the sandwich that gone totally wrong!! When someone asks for salt and pepper- for future reference we’re not asking for you to pour the whole bottle of salt on it!! Would highly recommend!! Today I took my daughter and her best friend to have lunch, after church today. The restaurant was so clean.The bathroom was so clean. Rick was very prompt with Delivering us our food with a very big smile on his face. Anytime, One of the kids asked for something or myself.Did he was quit to get it. How to say this is one of the best Experiences that i've had at a Subway!!!
