3/20/24- Another great experience! EAS&S was able to quickly fit me into the repair schedule & Ben my service tech was outstanding, providing options & prices allowing me to make decision that worked best for my needs. It's because of guys like Ben I'll be back. Quick repairs, great work, friendly service, etc.... what more can a guy ask for?!!
Previously about 3 yrs ago - Great 1st time experience! My neighbor referred me. I had called this am to setup appt & their schedule was out to Tues next week. I let them know I work from home, what was going on & if anything opened up sooner just give me a call. Got a call from the tech Alexander early afternoon saying he could fit me in today (sameday service!). Alexander was super helpful & fixed all three items I had with dryer, washer, & dishwasher. Read moreWe had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with this service and had to pay $90 without our dishwasher being repaired. The repair man initially diagnosed the problem as a faulty dishwasher door seal which cost us $35 and we had to wait 3 days to have them order and bring it to us. It took the repair man only 2 minutes to install, and it STILL LEAKED!!! Then he rediagnosed it as a faulty valve instead. In addition, after being very rude and aggressive, he changed the price 3 times-from $186 to $155 to the original estimate of $90 when it was evident that it still leaked! We definitely will look for a Reliable Appliance Service, and WE WILL NEVER USE -- EXCELSIOR APPLIANCEE AGAIN ! ! ! Read moreIf there was an Academy Award for appliance service, Excelsior Appliance wins! I can't say enough about their service, knowledge and kindness. Ryan is our guy. He has serviced multiple appliances in our former and current homes and I have always been thrilled. Today I am writing this review because we ordered a new microwave from Excelsior Appliance. Ryan contacted me to say it was in. My problem was that my husband recently had surgery and currently can't lift more than ten pounds. When I told Ryan I would make arrangements this week to have it picked up, he responded with "I'm on my way!" He just left, having installed the microwave. He even set the time! People like Ryan and companies like Excelsior Appliance are what's right with the world.
