So, first let me say that I really messed up coming here because we were looking for something filling to eat. I misread the reviews on the place and mixed up two different restaurants. So we wound up coming here. The food was fresh, and I loved my craft root beer. We ate out on the patio and my only complaint about the patio was dealing with the amount of flies and wasps around the place. Besides for that our waitress was friendly and cordial. I saw that someone else had written a review and said that it wasn't expensive. Well, I am not wealthy so maybe my idea of expensive is different - 3 sandwiches and three drinks along with 3 desserts came to $90.00 with the tip. I really felt bad about not leaving a bigger tip but I simply could not afford to spend over $100.00 on three sandwiches. Oh I forgot we also had the cheese sampler for an appetizer. Now again maybe my not being wealthy made this seem extravagant but sticker shock is all I can say. Looking back on it we could have bought a bottle of wine, went to Subways and got sandwiches and chips with a drink for less than $90 bucks. But that's just me. This is why I gave it only three stars though and forewarned is forearmed keep track of your spending here because you could easily wind up washing dishes or taking out a loan to...

I cannot say enough great things about this place! We went to the intimate Bryan White concert on December 10th. I treated my Grandma, my Mom and myself to a relaxing night out. What a treat it was! All of the staff were phenomenal and so inviting, attentive and personable. There was even a stressful part of the night where one of the customers had a medical emergency and the staff just jumped into action and made sure she would receive the medical care that she needed. The atmosphere is so quaint and cozy. We each tried one of their signature cafe drinks and all three were so delicious! I even enjoyed a glass of wine later on in the night which was also phenomenal. The spinach artichoke dip is heavenly as well! I felt so spoiled and honored to attend a Bryan White concert, let alone one where I was able to visit with him and buy merchandise after the show. He was one of my musical heros growing up so I'm still trying to pinch myself to make sure that last night was real! What an amazing show and an even more amazing, down-to-earth guy!

Go visit Matt and Noah at the 318 Cafe! You will NOT be disappointed! I cannot remember the wine connoisseur's name, but she is also an incredible asset to that place! Visit them all! We will definitely...

I came in for brunch. It was very packed. I couldn't find a way to move around until after the server stopped taking a tables order. The tables are so close together you can barely move. They need a bigger location or less tables.

It smells so bad inside like they have a sewer problem. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the sewer smell got even worse.

The smell really ruined the experience for me and I have questions about how sanitary this place is.

The coffee ☕ was amazing. Really good stuff.

I ordered the avocado toast and I was disappointed in it. The eggs were the pre-mixed eggs out of a carton, which I wouldn't expect given the price point. The bread was easy to cut into. Which was a plus..the combo went well together.

I couldn't tell if you were suppose to come up and pay or if the servers were suppose to give you the tap because people kept coming up to pay.

My tap was $25 for some toast and a coffee.... Ridiculous for a place that stinks like sewage.

The ambiance has potential if it wasn't so tightly fit and didnt stink.

The servers were okay. Not amazing not horrible.

Honestly I won't be coming back... I think someone needs to check out if this place is even...

My 16-month-old daughter and I had just the most pleasant lunch here as we watched the snow fall out the window while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. Our waiter was kind, helpful, and responsive, especially considering my many requests: A high chair, extra sides for my salad, extra water with no ice, etc. My daughter left a huge mess, and he was very gracious about it and assured me, "it's okay, I have a little one at home, too!" I wish I had gotten his name... A male waiter, latino, who must also have a baby or a toddler of his own. The cafe was busy and he was working very hard. Give this guy a raise! Furthermore, the atmosphere is so cozy. We love that the adjacent shop is a toy store, which we would have spent more time exploring if my daughter did not so badly need a nap. My salad (the Asian Noodle salad) was delicious, a little heavy on the dressing, and exactly what I needed: full of fresh vegetables.

So found this small cafe to try in Excelsior since the weather is nice. A bit hard to find where to enter as it's part of a complex but was able to grab a table quickly. Wait staff was nice and attentive. Started with chips and guacamole, while the chips were standard rounds, the guacamole was flavorful. My daughter had chicken tacos (not pictured). Wife and I shared pork sliders and the turkey flatbread. The pork sliders were moist with a nice tang in the slaw. The turkey flatbread had a good combination of thurkey, bacon, and veggies on naan. The sandwhich options come with chips or greens, both opted for chips. Overall a nice small cafe that is hopping with customers. Appears they have live music sometimes as well as there are speakers and a stage so something to keep in mind.
