Worst experience in a while. Don't mean to sound like an old fart but I guess I am. 12/1/24... one young man almost trips me while he's vacuuming doesn't even pay attention to me. I then go to the seafood counter three young men behind the counter. One on his cell phone the other 2 talking with a young woman. I tried to be patient but failed. I walked off and one of the young men made a snide remark. Boy do i miss the days when customer service mattered 😪... Heard back from the owner of the market today. More of a meat market than the New Bedford store which emphasizes fish and seafood. Here you can find a Whole Foods style Butcher Shop. You imagine it, they have it. My favorite is the marinated chichen. Traditionally made with pork, whole beasts of boneless, skinless creates a similar flavor with little saturated fat. That means you can have it often and be guilt free. Do you like stuff clams? They make the best I have ever tasted - fresh and daily! Fresh breads they have a Liquor licsence. Went there excited to purchase some meats . Let start off with saying they looked st as though I had 5 heads guess I wasn't the right color to be serviced it I gave this place the benefit of doubt and still proceed to order my meat the next thing was the size of oxtails they expected me to buy were huge refuse to cut them smaller at 9.99 a pound I do expect them to be cut smaller than they offered so I wasn't happy for my first encounter shame to have to go all the way to Brockton however will make that trip next time 🤔 very disappointed customer.
