So my 14-year-old daughter decides to go and bring a piece of jewelry and to get fixed so I’ve been looking for the piece of jewelry for a couple weeks I had asked her where the jewelry was she had bought it to the jewelry place to get fixed it’s been there for over a month they did not ID her she’s 14 years old bringing jewelry God forbid it’s stolen But they just take it in I go in there I try to speak to someone about the incident and the girl is very rude I have her on video telling me if I’m gonna cry about $55 that im ridiculous! Number one they are overpriced I get that necklace fixed all the time I’ve only paid $30 I do not care about the $55 but you’re not gonna sit there and call me pathetic Nor what you did was wrong you should’ve never accepted any jewelry from an under aged child God forbid it was stolen and then you would have to deal with the police it was very unpleasant and she was very rude especially telling me that I’m pathetic for $55 when that wasn’t the case. I asked for names I had called the cops I asked for names she was being rude she also decided to get on the phone and tell the cops out I was being very rude and loud and obnoxious knowing I was recording everything so this is just a video of how people will judge you knowing that they’re wrong and try to make you look like You’re the bad guy so don’t ever go here don’t put your jewelry here to fix. They did the worst job ever I will put a picture up it looks like sticky glue was used to put the necklace...

Went in to sell some old Silver Dollars and Silver Quarters, all 1964 or earlier. I told the women that helped me that I had been hanging on to them until Silver reached 25.00 and decided to cash in now. First thing she said was a half baked statement about 30 day grace period and not todays price followed up with I have to make money too. Should have left at that point but I was referred by a friend so.....

She offered me 217 dollars which I thought was low, I didn't have to take it, but I did. She had left my Drivers License in the copy machine and of course I left without it. I called and talked to Denis to ask if he could put the License in the mail for me. I had asked if he could also send me a detailed statement with how much weight and the price of I brought in. He said and I am quoting " Why don't you send me a statement with what you sold me ?

I took a ring there for a missing diamond, they did an ok job with that. Took the same ring and one other to get it resized and was disappointed at the end result. You can see exactly where the ring was worked on. They gave me back a ring missing a diamond, i took it back, they fixed it and now i see the gold band is cracked. Took it back again, and the ring is damaged. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they blamed it on the ring being thin and old. They very obviously do not check the work before returning the rings. No apologies or refund offered for damaging my pieces. Sentimental pieces that now look bad. Very...
