Park is great for smaller children to come and burn some energy. Swings and a playground are well maintained. The main/bike trail is very well looked after and as I was leaving there were two large groups of people walking along and picking up any trash they saw.

On the "hidden" trail across the stream (very slick this time of year, walk slowly and sure footed) the "well maintained" story is not the same. Enjoyed the choir of birds as I walked along 200 yards of creek and fished two trash bags worth of garbage out of the stream (left the wooden chair but took the barbed wire with me 🤷). Hoping to see some more clean up activity by the acknowledged parties on the sign as the weather...

This park features a nice playground with benches and picnic tables, along with a nicely paved walking/biking trail that is also dog-friendly! As pictured below, it is well-marked by signs that give the user directions to connecting trails throughout Fayetteville and well beyond! This particular trailhead comes equipped with restrooms and ample parking, pictured below. There were also many little short, dirt paths leading to the pretty creek that runs alongside the trail, and a multitude of access points from apartments and surrounding neighborhoods that made the trail even more interesting and user-friendly. I highly recommend this...

If you have tiny children and all they need is a couple swings and the few slides your set. If you don't mind them being muddy go right ahead otherwise find someplace else to play. This place is not being kept up with. Needs new turf or wood chips. The bikers from the trail have decided to cut right through the play area and have dug out large grooves and kill the grass. The creek is fun if you can get down to it. However if you have small children who might wander off they could be going for...

Was a nice park for some lunch and a walk along the trail. So nice to have a small park with bathrooms and picnic tables right along a trail. Really appreciate they have bags to take to clean up trash also. We filled a bag with garbage during our walk on the trail in the area. Also loved the nice view of the creek right there.
