The Venue at Daisy Hill — Attraction in Fayetteville

The Daisy Hill venue is absolutely gorgeous. You can guarantee that your pictures will be amazing. However the staff and the service you receive may not be satisfactory. When I selected the venue initially I was introduced to a pleasant team (Savanna & Karrington) that seemed genuine, accommodating and efficient. Unfortunately a couple months after contract management changed (Rhonda) which resulted in a lot of modifications to packages and services provided.

The first major issue I encountered was that a payment made to the venue was no longer visible on their client portal which affected my balance. I emailed about the mishap and after a week I finally received a response that my account would be brought up to date. There was no apology for the lack of communication or the error.

The original management team I made them aware of add ons & upgrades I would like for day of my wedding which included the gold drink package (premium drinks). Also let me know I could have an extended hour added to my event. The new management kept forgetting my requests that I sent via email. Also later attempted to charge extra for a drink package that was modified AFTER my contract. After going back in forth they sent over a spirit list that reflected drinks I preferred.

The week of event I was told they changed liquor distributors & no longer had the tequila I requested & had already made my signature. Again after many emails, I was promised this would be available as it was part of the package I paid for.

The day of the event, my champagne was not in the bridal suite, the bar ran out of tequila & they charged people for alcohol that were included in my drink package. I had an OPEN BAR!

I’m not sure if DH had suffered financially during the pandemic but they were very greedy & dishonest. Also Rhonda was unorganized & slow to correspond. They made the planning process...

The Venue at Daisy Hill provided beyond satisfactory & cozy accommodations including, additionally, a beautifully renovated, inviting bridal cottage & modernly sophisticated groomsmen suite available for use, all day, the day of, and, of course, an absolutely, stunningly, breathtaking Farmhouse; huge, high ceilings supported by lovely wooden beams, natural light flooding in due to the large windows, these windows also overlooking the peaceful lake right outside the main events room of the warm, yet luxurious space. My husband and I, and our guests, were able to enjoy the use of a generous & always well styled bar area as well as the covered awning for cocktail hour. Again, additionally, we were provided with use of their private back patio, grand front foyer, a bonfire, tables, linens, incredible Christmas decor, exceptional service, & wonderful bartenders (including one of the owners, whom was working on his Birthday!). Not only does The Venue at Daisy Hill supply the bride & groom, their friends & families, and their wedding parties with multiple immaculate venue locations & spaces, but their customer service, communications, flexibility with allowing for a completely customizable wedding experience, and servitude throughout, up until, and during your wedding day is truly with ease, grace, kindness, considerations, love, and sheer passion for giving others the chance to experience absolute bliss. We already do, will, and will continue to recommend The Venue at Daisy Hill again and again. We cannot say thank you enough! "Mom & Dad, this was the wedding of my dreams!" Those were the words our daughter expressed just before she and her husband drove off for the night. The exact words any parent would want to end the evening with on the day of their child's wedding. Thank you, Daisy Hill! We just celebrated our daughter and newly minted son-in-laws' wedding at Daisy Hill. We live in South Florida and had almost 150 people travel to Fayetteville for the occasion. I dont even know where to begin. The venue and grounds are absolutely amazing. The fact that the entire grounds were for our exclusive event made it so special. It's not just an event space for the wedding but a space to spend the day. The Bridal Cottage is every bride's dream. The perfect spot to spend the day getting ready with her bridesmaids and mom. And they didn't forget the groom and his groomsmen. They also have their special area where they can spend time bonding before the event. Even better than the space, was the hospitality and service we received during the entire process - from engagement to ceremony to reception. The staff at Daisy Hill was consistently kind, patient and understanding with all of our daughter's questions and concerns. On the day of the event, the staff really made us feel as though we were the most important people in the world. In closing, at first I was a little weary about hosting a wedding so far from our home, but in the end it was the best decision we made for our daughter's wedding.
