We arrived and were told it would be about a 10 minute wait. We waited just a bit longer than that and we didn’t mind as we just sat outside and enjoyed the scenery. There were turtles and fish in the water so it was relaxing and nice before dinner. We were seated at a great table, right up front next to the live music. I guess someone else complained about it possibly being too loud but we enjoy music and it really wasn’t loud to the point that it was a disturbance. We could still talk just fine. Our server, Amanda O was the best! She was so patient with me as I have issues with certain foods and was amazing at telling us anything about the dishes we had questions about. She went over the specials, which sounded amazing to my husband so he went with that. I really wanted to try the lasagna but unfortunately they were out of it that evening. I decided to try the fettuccine Alfredo. We ordered the mini beef wellingtons for appetizers and they were delicious. The pastry very soft and beautiful crunch. They were done quickly. We also enjoyed the breadsticks, though my husband informed me these ones didn’t taste as “fresh” as the ones he’s had on previous visits. I still enjoyed them. Our food came out pretty quickly, salads were also served in a great timing and they were good. Needless to say, everything was amazing with our service and food so far. The mains arrived to the table and they looked delicious. As mentioned before I’m kind of weird about food but something about the Alfredo seemed different to me. It was creamy, but tasted almost like there was cheddar in it. It had just a weird taste, nothing special. I took one bite and had to let Amanda know. She quickly offered something else for me and brought me a menu, I decided to try a steak but after about a minute when she left I decided my appetite is pretty much gone since I had the breadstick and it sat on my stomach for a bit, we called Amanda back over and I was so embarrassed to even ask. She showed no frustration when I asked to cancel the steak order and we will just have dessert and the check. She was so kind, brought us our check and apologized for the food. I understand it is not her fault and I’m also not the easiest when it comes to flavors, so I was not upset with anyone at all. In fact, I mentioned that my husband would have probably enjoyed it but it just wasn’t my cup of tea. The tiramisu came to the table and as you can see from the photos it is stunning. The taste at first was very good, the more bites I took the more I could taste “refrigerator” on it. (I have an extremely sensitive palate and nose, I can smell like no other) if you added more cream it kind of helped but I could taste it, and my husband could as well. We paid our bill and (hopefully) showed appreciation for Amanda and her wonderful service and we were on our way. I would give them another opportunity as I would have loved to try the lasagna as usually lasagna is a hit with me anywhere. I really try to be easy to please and not complain because I know my taste buds are funky but just had to leave my review because the service was phenomenal. We’d be back just because the service was so amazing.

I was a bit skeptical. The vibe I always felt As I passed by this place often is that it’s not for us. It’s funny how you can get that feeling without entering. my wife checked the menu and wanted to try. some of the reviews almost deterred us, but we went anyway. We had great service from start to finish from Tenecia. She was thorough, nice and prompt. Somewhat mixed crowd tonight. Valet is complimentary or self park. Plenty parking. Nice off the water vibe-date night vibe or grab a meal cause you don’t feel like cooking. Didn’t love the appetizer menu as most items had seafood & cheese. Beef Wellington puff pastry was a good start. Quality meat. Soup or salad comes with dinner meal. Salad uses iceberg lettuce but the cut and dressing are good. I ate it all minus the Parmesan cheese in which I told the waiter I didn’t do cheese. Easy mistake. The lettuce that came with the dinner meal was better. I technically got two salads which was cool. Chicken orzo soup ran out so I had chicken chili which was delicious home taste. It had all the right ingredients in it. The bread is delicious. The snapper was perfectly cooked and the lemon sauce was delicious. The veggies with it were very appropriate. The steak was cooked to perfection with the same veggies that came with the fish. I didn’t love the dessert option as most items were cheesecake. I was deciding between carrot cake and pistachio cake so I tried the pistachio cake. I’m mad because I should have gone for the carrot cake tried and true, but I wanted to taste something different. I didn’t taste much of any pistachios in the cake. In fact, the cake taste like a white plain cake with light green whipped cream- nothing special or really delicious about it. It’s very presentable, but I could have eaten a little Debbie cake and been more satisfied. Prices were fair for nice dining experience. Plates seemed to be filling. We were full. Nice utensils and cloths. Waiter and valet attire is nice. Nice restrooms. Jonesboro is a food dessert so this is a nice close reach that’s really Fayetteville. Cons: Appetizer Menu mostly cheese/seafood Desserts mostly cheesecake Very Cold inside Pros: Fair price Fair portion Nice Restaurant all around Quality Food options

The waiter we had was a bit short on patience. I wanted to just request another one and be finished with him. We had a party of 7 but patience should have been at our table too. Demeanor and tone is everything! He was going top speed while we were more on the "calm down!" I stutter so I know I was not going to be rushed to talk. He gave (some of us) the wrong receipts and had to fix it. My friend ordered a cheesecake too and he snatched it from in front of her and said it was the person next to her. He didn't realize, they both ordered cheesecake. He did come back and give it to her complimentary but it was how he did it. I don't remember it being a sincere apology but oh well! It angered her and hurt her feelings. It was embarrassing. We had to make her feel better about the incident. We wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted but there were different menu's. If I chose off 1 menu, I could get a set price for a salad, entrée and a dessert. If I chose another menu, It may be higher or lesser, so we wanted to compare. The place was beautiful, inside and out. The Christmas trees were decorated lovely. Guest were taking photos with them. The restrooms were very clean. The atmosphere was very romantic, cozy and warm. The tables were a bit too close together but it was even fine. The thing that bothered me was when a waiter bumped into me and I felt like it was intentional. It wasn't like a "mistake bump!" It was more forceful! It caused me to turn around and look at him but I did not confront him...I should have. I figured that it may happen to another guest and I wanted management to know...just in case. When I called and spoke to management, I stated I felt it was racially motivated, he immediately denied my claim. He started telling me about their races and how he hated when people pull the race card out. I just wanted him to ask the staff to be more careful and respectful...bottom line. I was not pleased with his tone, nor his words. I don't care about your race or the owner's race, I know what happened to me and I know how I felt. His conversation should have been this: I do apologize for this incident. Can you describe the person to me; did you get their name? I will talk with them! We do value the experience of our guest and work hard to make sure they want to return & have a pleasant visit. The next time you come in, please have dessert on us. I am not even talking a free meal but do show customers that you have empathy and value them & their concerns. Great customer service goes a long way. I would love to tell people to visit the business but it's always going to be a sour taste left in my mouth because of both experiences now. All the other staff were very nice, polite...

I had high hopes for this restaurant when I made a reservation for my graduation celebration three weeks ago, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite multiple calls to check on my reservation status, I was repeatedly informed that I was not on the list. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a special occasion like graduation.

What’s more disappointing is that I spoke directly with the manager, who assured me my reservation would be noted. However, I never received a call back or any confirmation. It seems there is a serious issue with how they handle reservations, and it’s clear that they lack a system to keep track of their customers.

I would think twice before choosing this restaurant for any special event. If they can’t manage something as basic as reservations, I can only imagine how they handle their dining experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

I made a reservation for December 7th at 4:30 PM for a party of 25, and I was assured by Marcel, the Head Chef and Owner, that everything was set. He took my name, phone number, and the reservation details, along with a mention of a $200 deposit, which I was fine with.

However, when I called at 4:50 PM to confirm my reservation, I was met with confusion. Courtney, who answered the phone, couldn’t find any record of my reservation. This was surprising and concerning, especially since I had just spoken to Marcel a week ago. She took my information again and assured me that Marcel would call me back in a few minutes because he was on the phone with another customer.

After waiting and managing to put my newborn to bed and prepare dinner for my husband, I still hadn’t heard back. I decided to call again at 7:33pm, only to find Courtney on the line once more. When I reminded her that I was still waiting for Marcel’s call, she seemed confused and asked if I had called in today, despite our conversation just hours earlier. Her response felt dismissive and unhelpful. They lack integrity.

To top it off, she mentioned that Marcel would call me back in 48 hours, which is completely unacceptable and completely different from what she told me about him calling back in a few minutes. This level of service is highly unprofessional, especially for a restaurant that handles large reservations. I expected better communication and organization. I urge you not to consider this restaurant for special occasions and events because you will be...
