Be careful with what you are buying there. Lots of mistakes and the quality of diamonds is not what you think. I went in to purchase a diamond ring for my girlfriend. After looking at a few different styles I decided to purchase natural 2.01CT G color, SI1 clarity round diamond with GIA certificate. We agreed on a price and I paid the deposit to place an order for the ring. I was informed that the ring will be ready within one week with Gia Certificate. I received a call from the sales lady Her name was Renee and she stated that the ring was ready. I went to pick it up and pay for it. When I walked in she welcomed me and brought the ring. When I asked her for the GIA certificate she said she only had a copy of it and not an original one. Something unheard of how can I pay 26K with no original certificate. After checking the copy she had printed I noticed that the Diamond had Medium blue Fluorescence and the cut it’s Good need to be excellent or triple XXX, which is not good the value of the diamond is cheaper, I took the copy certificate somewhere else they told me The diamond only worth 18K, I asked her for a refund because first they did not have the original copy and second diamond had Fluorescence. I asked her to refund me the deposit or even use it towards something else but they refused and they kept the deposit, Do not trust them very...

I’ve wanted a nice Franco 10k gold chain for a long time. They are hard to find in-person, so I started to search online. Finding someone with quality pieces at reasonable prices seemed like a tall order.

I found Giorgio Conti jewelers late one night, called the next day, and by the end of that very same day- I had already ordered a beautiful piece. This is because Daniel was willing to text and work with me all day long. He sent me photos, compared different sizes, and professionally answered every single question I had. Even the dumb questions lol. His caring service was the ONE thing that gave me enough confidence to make a big online purchase like this one.

The necklace was delivered in exactly two days. It was very nice, but I was not happy with the size or how it fit. NO PROBLEM. I texted Daniel and he immediately got to work, searching for another one that would make me happy with the purchase. He made the exchange process SO easy, and did it all with such an empathetic attitude. Now I have an amazing piece with which I am 1110% satisfied.

I love both the vintage and specialized pieces created by the team at Giorgio Conti. I find Joe's designs to be modern, yet timeless, and appreciate the time he takes to make the perfect pieces for each of his clients. He genuinely listens, provides examples from the shop and spares no time to ensure he creates the perfect piece. Joe created the most amazing sapphire bracelet for me - his attention to detail in creating the perfect transition between colors is truly stunning. I get so many compliments on the piece.

I also had the chance to bring in a group of friends who admired my bracelet. The team at Giorgio Conti created such a warm, friendly atmosphere for the women and we had a fantastic time (and we didn't mind the wine!) Each woman walked out with at least one piece they loved and another is now designing a specialized set of earrings she has wanted for years.
