My second experience at Saigon was completely horrible! I went in for a full set and came out with lumpy, uneven nails. Lilian does full sets but Natalie doesn't; they both went back and forth on my nails, rushing and being harsh on my nails. I went in around 7:15/7:20pm and didn't leave until 9:00pm. Went home and was unsatisfied with my nails. I couldn't sleep because my fingers were in such excruciating pain! I woke up to swollen fingers and pain in my fingers and nails. I decided to go back at 10am when they opened and asked to have my nails soaked off and to refund $10. I paid $25 for a horrible nail job and just decided to get them soaked off and have them do a manicure for the horrible service. Lilian saw my nails and immediately said "oh yes, I can fix them, file them down and smooth them out for you." She instantly saw that my nails were in a horrible condition. I told her I didn't want her to fix them just to soak them off and refund $10. She insisted on not giving me my money back. I told her to keep $15 and just give me $10; she didn't want to do that. After going back and forth multiple times, she said okay. After going to the the acetone to soak my nails in, about 10 mins later, she came out and took my hands out the bowl, gave me paper towel and told me to go somewhere else and that she was only giving me $10. I said no, I want my nails soaked and my $25 back if you're not going to do service on my nails. She kept saying she wasn't going to give me my money back and to go elsewhere. I told her to give me my $25 back. After about an hour of back and forth she game me my $25 back and my nails turned out horrible. I have pictures to show. Please do not ever go here! Do not give them your money! They rush and don't care about their customers. They're also understaffed and are only good at pedicures. I would not recommend anyone...
Read moreThis was the worst experience ever!!! If you ever consider going, DON'T. I planned a mother/ daughter day with my daughters. We were going to be in the States (we live in Canada) and the reviews looked good online. We had an appt for 1pm. We arrived a few mins early. We weren't greeted at all, while we were waiting some younger and extremely rude fellow can over to us and demanded what we were having done. I was taken aback by his harsh behavior. He didn't even say Hi! 2 of my girls were getting a manicure with shellac polish. The rude fellow just pointed in a random direction and said "shellac over there". When my girls walked over in the direction he pointed he started getting mad saying "There NOT There" Now my daughters are not little girls (not that it still makes it ok) they are grown women. ALL of the work we received was way over priced. I just got a fill. Was $45. My other daughter got old tips removed and a french manicure with her natural nails, was $45 only after I complained about the original price they were saying, as she did not get a full set. Now my other 2 daughters were suppose to get manicures, they did NOT all they got was a very sloppy paint polish by the rude fellow. We were charged $25 for each. While we sat there waiting for one of the girls, there was a mother and daughter that came in. The mom was getting a pedi, while the 12 or 13 year old daughter was getting a full set. The rude guy was actually yelling at her about how short she wanted her tips cut. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism and work that was performed. I paid for shellac for the girls, 2 days later and they already have serious chips. My nails are going to need fixing as the pink that was applied is uneven and you can see streaks. I am just so mad and disappointed about the entire experience. I WILL...
Read moreThis place was decent. The nail salon was downstairs and the massaging parlor was upstairs. I went in for a massage yesterday and had a decent time. I had a male masseuse, which was a first for me. He asked if I had a preference, which didn't matter to me. The place had a nice ambiance to it. The room was warm, relaxing meditative music was playing, and the room had a nice scent. I was offered water afterwards which was thoughtful. The massage itself was ok. When I first entered the room, he said he wanted to assess me and asked where do I hold my tension? (Mmm, I don't know...as I'm not able feel the backside of my torso the way another would be able to). 🤷🏽♀️ It was a bit too much pressure used for me. I could have said lighten up a bit, but I didn't. Also, the scalp massage...I don't like people touching my hair. Something else I could have said not to do when he went for the gusto and latched his hands in. I could just be spoiled by my normal massage therapist, but certain things I feel like should have been asked before hand. Like "Are there any areas you don't want me to touch? What pressure points do you like? Is there a certain area you want me to focus on today? Maybe even explain the type of massage you will do providing today. He was polite and took his time. So all in all, If I do go back, I'll try the female masseuse, or the nail service. The 5 stars is for the the overall experience from me entering the nail salon to leaving out the door. They all greeted me, were polite, and kept me in the loop as far as the info regarding the service I was receiving. The establishment was visibly clean, as well! Customer service is a...
