Wimpy Burger — Restaurant in Flat Rock

So we came in Yesterday (9/7/23) For the first time and immediately was turned off, as soon as we walked in everybody turn and stared at us like they were wondering what we were doing there or something.. made me feel really weird.. The guy who was in the back cooking looked through the window and said and I quote "oh hell no" . Now maybe he was talking about something else, but seems as how he looked out the little window right at me and my husband kind of made me think it was because we walked in.. I don't know maybe he was so busy and overwhelmed at two extra people walking in I'm not really sure.. but that instantly turned me off from this place not even a hi or a smile when we walk in. I wanted to turn around and leave but my husband still ended up paying for his order of two burgers and fries.. which he said were okay. I had every intention on getting more food but after the way I felt walking in there, as customers who had every intention on spending money, I refuse to eat here after feeling that way. I don't care how many people tell me they like the food or not I'm not spending my money in a place like this customer service should be your top priority and the two ladies that were working there one was a short older woman the other one was probably about 30 years old a little heavy set and they were both just rude like I said no smile no greeting or anything I'm pretty...

First of all let me start by saying the food was great as always the problem with this place is the young lady’s working the counter can not remember what there doing, I came in an bought 4 cheeseburgers gave the young lady $20.00 for my order she gave me my change I left her a tip in her bucket & stepped outside too wait for my order when I went back in 12 minutes later she tried too charge me again when I told her I already payed she said and kept saying I don’t remember I tried too reassured her that she was the one that took the money still she said she couldn’t remember I asked another customer that seen me pay my bill to tell her and she still said I don’t remember then I said something too the young lady that Initially took the order and watched her take the $20 bill and she also said I don’t remember so they continued too keep saying I don’t remember and the one young lady saying it with a smirk on her face, I told them several times too look at there camera but the chose to keep accusing me of not paying and they said they would do that later I tried contacting the business with no response back I sent them a message on Facebook just to get blocked so if you’re gonna go there and order food please get a receipt because it seems nobody in the building can remember and they don’t want to handle the situation other...

Went again… Was great. Good food, good service. Milk shakes are not consistent and I found out why. Sometimes made with white milk and sometimes made with chocolate milk. There is a huge difference in taste.

Update to owner response… I have the right place. I was told $5 for 2 streets away. “Dude” / person, they need phone skills. We’ve been back since and food is good, service is still borderline rude. Shakes vary as i ordered 3 Oreo shakes and 1 tasted way different than the other two, like watered down (different color even) and the other two were very good. Weird. Server was more concerned about her conversation on moving to Florida and car insurance than waiting on customers.
