Beautiful park with all the amenities needed for the PERFECT beach day. It's a Florida local's best secret: Dog friendly, free parking, well maintained bathrooms, bbq and picnic tables conveniently located between the beach and your cars. What more can you ask for? Enjoy perfect day surrounded by beautiful white sand and if you have a 4x4 or all wheel drive, you can even park on the sand and enjoy your beach day right next to your car.

This beach was super nice and the water was clean compared to other beaches we've visit. It was not that crowded and we felt comfortably spaced out with the surge in Covid numbers. I didn't go in the women's bathroom but my hubs says the man's bathroom was very clean and the shower had good water pressure. This beach is kid and pet friendly. We will definitely visit again very soon.

Had been to historic American Beach before but totally did not know this large park and parking area was there. Nearly empty on a weekday. Nice wide soft sand beach. I fear the area may change soon as large new houses are going up on the small streets near the Nana dune, Florida's largest dune. Some streets torn up and impassable as of March 2023.

Very nice beach with ample parking. The sand is awesome. I love the dunes over looking the beach walkway.There is a nice clean bathroom there with inside showers. A few covered tables under one large Pavillion.It was very cold when my hubby and I stopped by but looks like a great place to take the grandkids when the weather warms up.

Great park that has parking, showers, bathroom, and trash cans. Beautiful beach access. This park is not one that allows driving on the beach- that is down the road at American beach.
