Jurassic Park VR — Attraction in Florida

Not sure what are the previous reviews about. Its an ok experience nothing out of the norm. If you have an vr at home you will probably have a better experience. Lets start by what their website says… if your child is 4.5 tall they are able to do the full experience and if not they are only able to do the half experience. In the full experience they have to wear a backpack and it may be too heavy for the child. My child is 4.6 and when we arrived they state the height is actually 4.7. Now we bring our kids based on what it is stated on their website and nothing mentions weights. We drive all the way to Key Biscayne to only have our children be upset about not being able to do the experience after paying for it and having them say no. Eventually after all their crew coming and telling us about the children’s height and weight they allow them to do it. About the place… it is very hot inside, smells moldy and its nothing special. Too bad because it could have been pretty awesome if they had thought about the little details. YES it is EXTREMELY heavy even for a young teen and they should absolutely write it on their website the weight of the bagpack which is essentially a gaming computer. Wow! I recently had the incredible opportunity to visit Jurassic VR Park at the Miami Seaquarium, and I can't express how mind-blowing the experience was! This attraction deserves nothing less than a solid 5 stars.

From the moment you step in, you're transported back in time to an era when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. The virtual reality technology they've employed is nothing short of mesmerizing. You truly feel like you're walking and flying amongst these ancient giants.

The attention to detail in recreating the prehistoric world is astounding. The graphics are stunningly realistic, and the full sensory experience makes it feel like you're right there with the dinosaurs. I could feel the ground shake as a massive T-Rex approached, and the sensation of flying alongside a Pterosaur was breathtaking.

The staff at Jurassic VR Park were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, enhancing the overall experience. They were eager to answer questions and ensure everyone had a safe and enjoyable time.

I was notified that this park would be closing and that I would get a refund that was done on 11/11/23. I have been reaching out up until this very day 12/21/23 at 10:17 AM and I have yet to speak to anyone regarding my refund. I called this number daily and no one ever answers I do leave a message when the mailbox is not full. I am extremely displeased with the customer service extremely.
