Mother Theresa lived a most extraordinary ordinary life. Her dedication to God and to her people are beautifully displayed in this treasure of a museum. A self-guided your takes you from her early call to serve God in religious life, through her work to found the Sisters of Charity, to her final days and beatification. Some of her handwritten letters, personal photos and relics are on display. I found those items particularly moving. The museum is well organized and well paced, a peaceful place for reflection. Photos and inspiring quotes decorate the hall. A beautiful way to spend 15 minutes or an hour, whatever you like. Truly inspiring. The beauty of Mother Theresa's life is that you don't need to be Catholic, or Christian, to appreciate her humanity and humility; these qualities are non-sectarian, non-denominational. This museum does a commendable job of displaying her walk through life to God. Thank you! (You might want to call ahead of you need handicap access for parking. The museum itself is fully accessible.
