Yes Beautiful casino Yes very expensive No hospitality to found, on 4 different occasions, staring around 1-2 pm June 6 2025 I asked staff members to help my 77 year old friend whom brought me from beach to the Hard Rock to show off Tampa casino landmark. Louis underestimated his endurance that day and we found ourselves on the other side of the casino from the golden piano checkin area where we entered casino, Main entrance I guess. Long story short (check tapes) on 4 different occasions I was dismissed and short of calling EMS there was no wheel chair, walker, luggage rack or even a casino chair with wheels I could use to get my friend to the door. Granted I was offered that I could rend a wheel chair, but like I said I wasn’t expecting my friend to take me to a place I needed ID, so I didn’t bring it with me only cash, so no wheel chair for us, unless I went and got mine or his ID. I told this story to several employees at casino, a couple had radios, and the guy at the concierge desk seamed dismayed and appeared to cared less if I called EMS or not, just to help to get my friend out of the building. I went back to my friend who at this time had rested a bit and insisted he would walk go as far as could and rest as needed or die trying. Resting several times on our, even stopped at Club registry, no help there either, we eventually made it past the golden piano and out the door, never to return. Some say Indians don’t have to follow ADA and if I called EMS they couldn’t go in?...
Read moreWoke up this morning and the memories are still etched in my mind. The abuse and mistreatment is still burned in my mind, after fifteen years. I’m never coming back, and I’m still actively telling others not to ever go to Seminole hard rock Tampa. I play poker every day. I lived at the hard rock in Hollywood. Hard Rock Tulsa was great. biloxi, hell yeah. Tampa, no, never going back because of how you treated me fifteen years ago. It wasn’t just one incident. It was abuse over a weeklong poker trip. It was so bad and then my brother wanted to go back the next year, I was like idk, they kinda sucked, he talked me into it. Someone up there in power is sucking all the life out of everyone and making all the employees miserable and they turn around and take it out on poor little old me. I even asked for the supervisor to address the issues. The supervisor told me it was policy to give the pots to the wrong players in that situation. I’ve played poker every day since and no, you’re just wrong and you cost me money, cost me my poker trip, and then you were really mean and rude...
Read moreMy least favorite room to play in. The dealers here are mostly break ins, and the experienced ones mostly have bad attitudes. There are a few really good dealers but they are very few. Drink service is slow, and it can be an hour+ to get your drink after ordering. They do not do a very good job keeping tables filled with players, and I've caught them lying about players being "on the way, getting chips!" When we are very short handed and request to break. No one is actually coming, they are just hoping to keep the game going and dropping rake. Players here are hit and miss as far as skill level, but a solid player can usually make money in this room. Overall there are just so many better rooms to play in that are much more comfortable and have much better dealers and even less skilled players than the Hard Rock. So I'll continue to take most of my poker sessions elsewhere and avoid this...
