Quiet little beach. Not a popular location for tourists as it is just hidden enough from A1A that it isn't visible from the road. Great location for those who just want to hear the oceans waves, read a book or watch the seagulls. There is a lifeguard on duty, a public restroom and shower as well as a small picnic area. Dogs are not allowed at this beach so plan accordingly for your fur babies! Note: Beach restoration has been done here, so be prepared to do a bit of climbing until the waves wash...
Read moreThis used to be pretty much a locals beach, when I was young, but it's gotten pretty crowded these days. Can't blame anyone for coming here though. It's still a great spot! 🌊 😎
Showers 🚿 are better than most beaches, because you don't have to run thru a 2 second light mist, while pressing the button, and then repeat 50 times! 🤦 The showers here have actual turn handles and some good water pressure to actually get the sand off.
Bathroom are kept clean. 🚻

But the beach fishing guys will sometimes show how lazy they are and will walk only to the edge of the protected swim area and bait the water while your kids are swimming! Its illegal for them to fish inside the protected area so they go to the edge. Bait fish attract other fish and other fish...
