Was pretty disappointed even though I wanted to like this place. The soba noodles were bland and the fish didn't seem fresh, rice might not have been fresh either. I was very confused as to why there were large pieces of romaine lettuce, including the thick stem, inside the sushi roll. Cucumber in the sushi roll was also so thick that it was hard to bite and unpleasant. The special Victory roll with seared salmon and apple was not a good combination.

Read moreThis restaurant outdid itself! Dun and Nui are absolute gentleman that will answer any question you have. We hung out and talked while they prepared our VERY FRESH sashimi and sushi. My wife wanted a curry dish and was quite happy with the result. I pestered Dun for a couple secrets on making the perfect sushi rice and he obliged with a smile on his face. I cannot say enough about how well these gentleman took care of us! Can’t wait to come back and make another visit. Maybe I’ll be able to catch one of his sushi classes this...

My first time here, I had the Alaska roll (fried salmon skin, avocado, cucumber, eel sauce), and Crunchy Tuna Roll (tuna, cucumber, tempura flake, spicy mayo). Both were presented well, very fresh and tasty. Great ginger too, it’ll wake you up. To drink I had the Thai tea which was top notch, very flavorful tea and well balanced, easily bests other local Thai tea offerings. Everyone else enjoyed their meal too. We will definitely be back...
