Not only was there a winding path of water with rocks for the kids to play on, but it was covered, has plenty of chairs for the adults to sit in and it is fenced in with a weighted gate. The extra plus are that there is a public restroom, water fountains and a playground all next to the splash pad.

This is literally the best for kids. It's FREE! Tons of parking. Covered play for the kids. Bring some water toys as they don't have any. Bring your own umbrella as the seating isn't covered and you will burn rather quickly. We brought an umbrella, sunscreen, and a wagon...
