Flower Mound Community Activity Center — Local services in Flower Mound

Very disappointed today with this place. We have come over 15 years and always enjoyed ourselves. However today several things are different. We had called to see if we had to pay for our cooler. We were told NO if the cafe was closed. However when we arrived we still had to pay. The game room was so hot we had to leave. We originally came to swim but the pool didn’t open for 2 hours. They knew we came to swim but didn’t tell us and let us just sit two hours and wait. Completely shocked and disappointed when a lifeguard continued the rude attitude by saying my kids couldn’t play with basketball goal even though there were NO swimmers in lanes on that end of the pool. Really sad when you think about the overall attitude of the workers at CAC. We came to enjoy our spring break and left feeling extremely disappointed. We will spread the word of these changes far and wide to whoever will listen and the poor service and attitudes we faced. Really sad as my children have grown...

Fantastic Place for the Whole Family, CAC Team is very friendly and Informative. My Special thanks goes to Eric Belchar Aquatics Coordinator who assisted with registration of my both children into Swimming lessons, they are loving it and having the best time in learning the life skill of swimming, Eric got a friendly Young Swimming Instructors team who does a great Job in teaching Kids and Adults. My both Children are in the class of Ria and Catherine who are extremely Patient and Skillful, they carry a very friendly Personality which makes Children happy and approachable. Having Crew members like Eric in CAC's team is an asset My boy is also getting his Soccer training which he is very good at and I highly recommend this training. I had to go up to the community activity Center for a brief meeting in one of the rooms and took my son and his best friend with me. I called before he went up there just to make sure it was OK and the customer service in the friendliness of the workers there was outstanding. They have so many different things to to do whether you are an adult or a child and so many people that are looking after the children and making sure they are safe. Swimming, waterslide, work out and exercise, the gaming room, snacks, great prices. I am going to get a monthly membership there because of the lower cost and I didn’t even get to take the full tour because I had to take care of the kids and finish up the meeting but this place is a five-star place from my experience and...
