Blowhole Trail — Attraction in Fort Bragg

Definitely something special to see in this area. It’s amazing how the ocean has carved out this hole to transport the ocean water into the forest. The hole has its own fauna and it’s really interesting. However the place is hard to find and be carful not to drop over the edge. We had no idea what to expect when people said, “just go through the cemetery”, but I was hoping for a blowhole. It’s actually through the cemetery! But not quite a blowhole. There are some historical placards there and on a sunny day, I’d imagine it’s the best sunbathing spot! I would not suggest the walk down for families with young (under age 5) children...

It was amazing to see the sink hole, there's even a rope to go down, but we had our kiddos with us and wasn't sure if we could hack it and still be in a good mood for the rest of the trip. Lol very steep! And always damp I bet. But so worth the walk, you can park by...
