Fern Canyon runs along little river. Very easy no uphill hike/long walk. Lush green and I would say 90% shaded. There's only about 12 parking spots I believe. Inside Van Damme state park so if there's a ranger in the hut going in there is a fee. No dogs on the trail, but surprisingly there were #2 bathrooms in the middle of nowhere on it. It does become a fork at one point I turned around at that point but other hikers said it does loop but is very uphill...

I think everyone should take a strool here, Nice easy walking, quiet and cool not too steep at least for the first mile, a can do for the limited mobility crowd. What a find for a peaceful moment with nature, It could help you reset from the hustle and bustle of the techno world of today. (take your camera but leave the...
