Brooke Trace was very unprofessional, no idea how she conducts any business at all!!! Originally, I reached out to her over a year ago after receiving a 1 hour Photo Session certificate worth $350, as my birthday gift, and we did speak on the phone. However, due to the pandemic, nothing was scheduled and I just now reached out again, over a month ago to schedule a photoshoot for my family. I both called twice, as nobody answered and sent an email with a possible date for our photoshoot, but after not hearing back, I assumed she might be out of business. Two weeks past, and I got a very short email with only one question, asking what time I would like to schedule the photo shoot on a specific date, which was October 16th, that was two weeks ago. I responded with a detailed email with the date and time, but also telling her that I am flexible to whatever works as far as the time. One week past and I heard nothing, so I emailed again one week before October 16th to please confirm everything and asking for a contact. Needless to say, today is October 17th and I still have not heard a word. I guess I just felt like I needed to say something as I was very disappointed in her lack of communication. If she had no intention to do the photoshoot, why not just tell me and I would have looked for someone else, but since she responded with an email, I assumed she will do it. As I waited, I lost the weekend that we were available and I could have found someone else to do this for us. What a terrible experience, thanks for nothing Brooke and good...

I had acquired some artwork that needed framing and had visited many other local and well known art companies to decide where I should go. I had come to know Brooke through her attendance at church services at the church my wife and I attend. It dawned on me that Brooke was in this business, so my wife and I visited her in her studio. The difference from the other art companies was immediately apparent. Her knowledge of art framing was definitely superior to any I had witnessed. He samples of frames is quite extensive and with the art work present helped zero in on what was best. That however was not sufficient enough for Brooke. She inquired as to the room type, available natural lighting and additionally that since the room had recently been painted requested that I provide paint color samples so as to further take that into consideration for not only the frame but also the layers of matting to use. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the results! I will not consider going anywhere else for framing and for consultation...
