Sapphire After Lipo Therapy Fort Lauderdale: Lymphatic Drainage Center — Attraction in Fort Lauderdale

I really hate to give this place a one star but people should be aware of a specific therapist. Maria gave my first massage at sapphire then offered to come to my home and charge me the same as if I went to the actually place. I paid $420 for 6 massages. Part cash rest on card. BIG mistake. Maria was great the first two times she brought a bed and seemed professional. Then it started to get frustrating. She started to flake and not show up when scheduled, I’d have to track her down and ask if we need to reschedule or if she was still coming multiple times this would happen. She stopped bringing the bed so we had to use the clinch or a chair. I’m a very easy going person and try to be understanding but after the 5th time and on my last massage she blew me off and never showed I was over. I had just started back at work and didn’t have much flexibility as I did when I was home recovering so it was inconvenient when she’d show up on a day not scheduled with no notice. More so to my point of this review Maria ripped me off. I asked for a refund for the 6th massage after being blown off for the 5th time. She finally replied and offered to come or refund me I said refund because I’m not going thru the headache of rescheduling and her not showing up. She said she would but I never got it I had to message her 2 more times in a 2 week period and finally she responded after ignoring me. Then her response was I’ll refund you $60 because you only zelled me $360. Even tho I gave her cash and paid rest on card. Then she insisted she gave me a “discount” which was never discussed. Why would she give a discount AND drive to me. We agreed on the same price as sapphires bundles. 6/$420 I gave her cash I don’t have a memory problem. Maria insisted it never happened and was unwilling to give me my full refund. Why would I lie over $10. So beware. Pay with a card. Don’t give cash and stick to the actual facility. If I was able to drive I would’ve kept going to the place but since I was restricted from driving from surgery and I didn’t have anyone to take me this seemed like a great...

I tried to book here but found their booking process to be a headache. I left them a voice message one day and 24 hours no one replied to me. So I called to follow up. They did not conclude a time they could offer me when I finally reached them so the next day after that I had to follow up (3rd time trying to reach them). They offered me a time that worked for me but after all that they wanted $30 deposit. By the time that they sent the square invoice to be paid I was tied up. By the evening when I had a free moment to get my card I had gotten a text saying they no longer have my time available. I would have happily paid the deposit when I was free in the 2 days previous when I tried to book but I was tied up for a window of 6 hours and they just gave my time away. When I brought this to their attention the person booking me in just deflected and claimed she followed up with me when in fact it has been me chasing them for an appointment for 3 days. If you drop the ball in providing prompt customer service just book clients in or at least hold the spot for more than 6 hours because not everyone is available at the drop of a dime when you happen to be available to conclude an inquiry 3 days later. I went to the Ft. Lauderdale location for post-op lymphatic drainage massages. Shortly after my surgery, I developed painful and severe fibrosis in two areas. After 12 amazing sessions with IsIs, Leyda and Ivonne - I’m happy to say my fibrosis is gone and I’m so happy with the results! The therapists are amazing at what they do. They are all extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. The facility is very nice and the therapists are very thorough in cleaning and sanitizing the treatment rooms after each session. I felt very safe going there during this Covid era that we are living in. All of the therapists at Sapphire Therapy are passionate about what they do and truly care about you!
