I saw all these good reviews and thought maybe they were doing better after my last 2 bad experiences about a year ago. They’re worse off now then they where before. They’d rather group around and talk then help you, and they are extremely snobby and snotty. The dude running the tiller had a really bad attitude and made me want to leave immediately. I should have. Laser tag was laser tag except they allow people to sit in 1 spot and do what’s called “camping” right beside the ramps so you can’t get past them. I saw the same guy and my husband could see my lasers hitting his vest, and he even looked down as I was shooting him and saw it, laughed and shot me even though I was physically incapable of shooting him. Laser tag ain’t worth the price they ask, and the attitudes of the associates make you want to just leave. Thankfully my husband is amazing and made it a great time for me anyways, no thanks to them. Second time in THREE YEARS, since the ONE date night we had a year ago where we had a bad experience, that we have had a chance to do anything just us, now that we have a 3 year old and 3 month old, and they almost made me cry. Go to combat OPs instead, atleast...
Read moreWe went to Laser-X for a party. It is a fun environment and my kiddo enjoyed themself. Also loved the more old-school use of tokens for games. The only issue that I had was the somewhat spastic employee who had a fit there were parents in the briefing room to supervise a group of 16 9 year old boys. While I understand completely that it causes ticket confusion, there's just gotta be a better method. My child had never been to Laser X before, has a developmental disability, and wanted to participate. Their two minute briefing video was too fast for my child to catch on and without my presence they wouldn't have known how to put on the vest or how to hold the blaster so hands are on both sensors. The staff need to calm down, slow down, and come up with system for new participants and children who struggle to catch on to how to do things without assistance from an adult or allow parent presence until its time to head into the arena. Disappointed with that part, but otherwise it was a good time, fun environment, and we'd like to...
Read moreLove this place. My kids beg incessantly to go here. Very clean. Decent prices. We had a birthday there. Communication could have been a little better during the chaos and commotion of the party with games starting....especially given the tightness of the timeslots. Having to squeeze in pizza, cake and presents with kids talking and running around it is too hard to pay attention to the clock and you can't hear well in the rooms the announcements of the games starting. I had asked if they had good communication because our experience at Ultrazone for a bday party was pretty horrible overall and they told me that they were good with this but if definitely could have been a lot better in that aspect. Otherwise it was great. The games all work well. We go here a lot and we love that they offer coupons for discounted prices. Our favorite laser tag...
