Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I’m starving and fuming at the same time. I ordered through the app and was parked at the chik fil a parking spot. Mind you, I have my kids in the car so we’re ordering a pretty big order. After at least 15 minutes, I look at the app and it says someone is on their way with my food. A couple minutes later I get a call from a chik fil a employee asking if I’m coming to get my food or if I meant to order from another store because it’s been ready for a few minutes now. When I asked about them bringing the food out, she said that since they’re short staffed right now, they temporarily weren’t doing that. I totally understand that and I’m ok with it, but PLEASE TAKE DOWN THE PARKING SPACE SIGN. At least have a message attached saying the curbside is out of order. The employee was nice and it wasn’t her fault, but this is definitely a mistake on the stores management. Unfortunately, since my car is full of young kids, it was impractical to go pick up the food from inside and carry the large order myself. When I expressed my frustrations to the manager, she game the usual “ah yes I’m sure that’s frustrating. I’m sorry to hear that happened” when really I want some free food because this whole thing was a bunch of balogna and I getting patronized by the manager just wasn’t cutting it this time. Of course it’s 7:15 pm and the other store was packed so now we’re starving, waited for food we weren’t going to get, and I have to go pick up my kid from gymnastics. This was definitely the worst chik fil a experience...

The food court at glenbrook Mall like the rest of the mall is absolutely awesome. You have to give praise to the people and a time of nobody wanting to work because they're so selfish and entitled The people that actually clean up all the tables where people just throw their messes on the floor, not everybody. most of the people in Fort Wayne are the greatest people in Indiana because most people in Indiana to me being a Texan are awful people. but people in Fort Wayne are awesome but unfortunately there are the people that leave a mess on the floor. and you have these great super people that need a damn metal for cleaning up the messes. I love Chick-fil-A and usually my experiences are nothing but pleasurable...but the visit I had to this particular store was less than satisfactory. Apparently, they were out of all drinks, except Diet Coke, bottled water, and lemonade. After ordering the lemonade, the cashier asked if it was alright without ICE...so I assume they were out of ice too! I was never offered sauce for my chicken tenders...I had to ask. When I sat down and opened my tenders, they were burnt...not to a crisp, but dark brown. Instead of bringing them back, I ate them and walked away. Needless to say, if I am ever in Ft. Wayne again and craving Chick-fil-A, I will be looking for ANY store other...
