Mercadito Taqueria — Attraction in Fort Wayne

We hired this food truck for an event we hosted at the Community Center in Fort Wayne. They were FANTASTIC. I can't say it enough. The number of people who were blown away by the quality of the food was overwhelming.

We had a much larger turnout than we initially expected, I think in excess of 300 people (maybe more), and at one point the line for food got a little wild, it was so long. Somehow, your team was able to keep the line moving SO quickly, they were getting food out to customers that was correct, and quick, and most importantly it tasted incredible. The quality of your food is outstanding.

We were all just blown away by how good everything was. Seriously surpassed any expectation we had! I just wanted to make sure I told you, and hopefully you can extend our gratitude to your crew that did such an incredible job. How 3 people were able to manage the crowd that they did and produce such high-quality work floored me.

I have heard that the main restaurant is fire, so when I ran into this food truck at the Farmer's Market, it was a no brainer. I got the Carne Asada Fries, they were legit perfect amount of sauce to meat to french fry ratio!!!
